About the Center

Shenzhen WTO Affairs Center is a local agency for WTO affairs set up by Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government on December 20th, 2002. With theoretical and technical support by Advisory Committee and Experts Working Committee, the Center offers high quality consulting, training, forum organizing and legal services for government and enterprises in concern of WTO affairs from a high starting point, at a high level and with high standards. The Center devotes itself to safeguard industries, maintain a fair trade order and promote Shenzhen’s internationalization.

The Center comprises of six divisions: General Office, Information & Training Division, Consulting Services Division, Legal Services Division, Technical Standards Division and Intellectual Property Division.

In December 2003, the Center started operation of Shenzhen Trade Barriers Complain & Investigation Services Center.
