To communicate and exchange information with foreign institutions such as WTO and its members as a liaison of Shenzhen Municipal government for WTO affairs.

To provide information for the central government in foreign trade negotiations, guide the enterprises to positively respond to trade disputes and defend their legitimate rights and interests, and maintain a fair trade order under guidance of MOFCOM and other superior authorities.
